The price has not been defined yet, but it will certainly be cheaper in the pre-sale. If customers decide to buy in advance and enter into a pre-contract, and pay 100% of the price as a counter-guarantee, a bank guarantee is given to ensure that customers are sure that the project will be realized.
Each house consists of a ground floor where there is a guest bedroom, laundry room, bathroom with toilet and living room with dining area and kitchen, and a covered terrace of 14m2. 1st floor consists of: master bedroom with bathroom, children's bedroom, bedroom, bathroom and loggia, and a covered terrace of 15.30 m2. On the second floor there is a terrace of 60.30 m2, jacuzzi, outdoor shower and summer kitchen.
The buyer pays a brokerage commission of 3%.
